Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Pure Clean Supplies. We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. Below are the details of our shipping policy:

Order Processing

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Order Confirmation:

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping:

  • Free freight on orders over $299 plus GST within Auckland.
  • Free freight on orders over $350 plus GST for the rest of the North Island. 
  • Free freight on orders over $1000 plus GST for the South Island.
  • A flat shipping rate applies for orders under the free freight threshold. 

Note: Additional Charges apply for Dangerous Goods items.

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (additional charges apply)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the location and unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping 

  • Please contact us for international shipping.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Restrictions 

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Damaged Packages: 

  • If you receive your order and it is damaged, please get in touch with us immediately at sales@purecleansupplies.co.nz or 0800242015 with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages:

  • If your package is lost in transit, please get in touch with us at sales@purecleansupplies.co.nz or 0800242015. We will initiate a trace with the carrier and inform you of the progress. Please note that this process may take several days. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Pure Clean Supplies is not responsible for customs and taxes on your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
