Returns:
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Certain goods, such as perishable goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases, are exempt from being returned.
Return Process:

Contact Us: To initiate a return, please get in touch with our customer service team at sales@purecleansupplies.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

Approval: Once we receive your return request, we will inspect it and notify you whether your return has been approved or rejected. If approved, we will provide you with a return address and instructions.

Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Address: Please send your returned item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved Refunds:If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive credit within several days.

Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you’ve done all this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at sales@purecleansupplies.co.nz.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, contact us at sales@purecleansupplies.co.nz and send your item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines
- Hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases
- Personal care items such as intimate or sanitary goods
